Thank you for shopping with The Skinny Podcast. We work hard to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.
You will be notified if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We do not offer free shipping unless stated during special promotions.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will review your case.

We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages, but we will help you file a claim with the carrier.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
