Refund & Exchange Policy (Store Credit Only)

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original condition and packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for use on a future purchase or assist with an exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will gladly provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited-release drops

  3. Our team will review your request

  4. If approved, you will receive store credit via email as a digital code
