At The Skinny Podcast, we want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was received.
